Steel Mounting Bracket “Ex-Swiss” for Worklights or Lightbars – G-Wagen 230 GE, W460/W461/W463

The “Ex-Swiss” mounting bracket is a heavy-duty steel solution originally developed for the Mercedes-Benz 230 GE models used by the Swiss military. Engineered for strength and utility, this bracket allows seamless installation of work lights or a lightbar—such as Item No. 1135 or 5505—without the need for drilling when used on the 230 GE.

For other G-Wagon models in the 460, 461, or 463 series, installation is possible with pre-drilled holes and threaded inserts. Not compatible with 250/290 GD “Wolf” variants equipped with a hinged windshield. This is the ideal mounting solution for anyone needing extra lighting on or off the trail.
